Who we are

We are a small team based on Long Island. We buy houses in Nassau and Suffolk County that need a straightforward sale: an inherited house nobody wants to manage, a home that needs more work than it is worth fixing, a landlord who is done being a landlord, a family that needs to move on a certain date. We renovate the houses we buy and either keep them as rentals or sell them to families who want to live in them.

How we work

• Straight numbers. Our offer is based on what the house is worth today and what it needs. We explain how we got there.
• One point of contact. The person you first talk to is the person who shows up for the walkthrough and sits at the closing.
• Respect for your time. If you say not now, we note when you would like to hear from us and leave it there. We text only people who have agreed to it, within business hours, and every message says how to stop.
• Real closings. We close with local title companies and attorneys, and you can bring your own.
